Habit Tracking Calendar
Tracking your daily achievement when trying to reinforce good habits is a great way to help make them stick. You can see how you’ve been doing, and encourage yourself to keep a streak going.
Whatever habit you are trying to build, be it hitting your calorie target, going for a run, daily meditation, stretching, whatever it might be, marking it off on your calendar can be a great way to keep yourself going.
There’s a reason that website like Duolingo use learning streaks, not breaking the streak encourages you to keep coming back. I know it works for me!
I’ve build this habit tracking calendar so that you can easily track your progress, without clogging up your normal calendar (if you even have one these days), and if you want, you can even learn a little Mandarin as you go.
So every day that you complete your goal, mark it off, if you don’t, then don’t. You then have a clear visual indication of how you are doing over time. This can be a really powerful tool to keep you showing up consistently.
Remember consistency beats perfection every time.
