Optimum Concentration Doesn’t Last
Take a break for your brain and body, you’ll be more productive and feel better
Use this timer to help you manage periods of optimum concentration at work, and remind you to get up and do a little movement. It can be whatever you like, but here’s a little sequence you can follow:
The start button will start the timer. After 1 hour 40 minutes an alarm will go off, and continue to go off every 5 minutes, until you click I’m getting up. You can then restart the timer when you get back to your desk. If you get up before the timer runs out, you can click the I’m getting up button to stop it.
If for any reason the timer doesn’t stop or restart how you want it to, you can always refresh the page.
